1. Can I make different size of sanding disc on this punching machine?
A: Yes, of course. When you want to produce different sizes, it can be achieved though change the punching molds. Also if you want to produce the sanding disc with holes or without holes, changing punching molds can make it possible.
2. Is is enough to use this pounching machine for making velcro disc?
A: No, only this punching machine is not enough to produce. After punching by this machine, the velcro disc is the finished product. That means before punching on this machine, we should make the abrasive cloth and velcro cloth stick together. Then make these two materials be together, there need another one machine---Adhesive Laminating Machine, which is designed for laminating sand paper, non-woven abrasives etc.
3. What trade term you can accept?
A: We usually do with 40%TT in advance, 60%TT before shipment.
4. Which port canbe used?
A: Generally, we use Qingdao port. If you have other port want to go with, we can negotiate about this part.
5. How can I know your machine's quality and operation?
A: After the machine is ready, we will make a trail-operation of the machine to show you that the machine can work normally. The send the machine video to you. Or you can find your agent or somebody you trust come to our factory to check the machine.
