1. Can I make different sizes of sanding discs on this punching machine?
A: Yes, of course. When you want to produce different sizes, it can be achieved by changing the punching molds. Also, if you want to produce the sanding disc with holes or without holes, changing the punching molds can make it possible.
2. Is it enough to use this punching machine for making velcro discs?
A: No, only this punching machine is not enough to produce. After punching by this machine, the velcro disc is the finished product. That means, before punching on this machine, we should make the abrasive cloth and velcro cloth stick together. Then make these two materials be together, there needs another machine---Adhesive Laminating Machine, which is designed for laminating sand paper, non-woven abrasives, etc.
3. What trade term can you accept?
A: We usually do with 40%TT in advance, 60%TT before shipment.
4. Which port can be used?
A: Generally, we use Qingdao port. If you have other ports you want to go with, we can negotiate about this part.
5. How can I know your machine's quality and operation?
A: After the machine is ready, we will make a trial operation of the machine to show you that the machine can work normally. Send the machine video to you. Or you can find your agent or somebody you trust, come to our factory to check the machine.
