1.An abrasive and resin binder used for cutting steel and stainless steel metals.Cutting disc uses its excircle to cut metal or non-metal materials, while grinding wheel used its surface to grinding the workpiece.
2.Generally, there are 4-16inch cutting disc and grinding wheel in the market. The thickness can be 1-7mm.

3.Cutting pieces and grinding wheels are available in black, green, red, yellow, and brown.

 

Here I want to show you 180*6*22.2mm grinding wheel, 6mm thickness is required most. This 180mm grinding wheel with black paper is to make the wheel looks better, it is used to grind the surface of stainless steel or metal materials.
Fiberglass net used in grinding wheel is to improve the strength. And the black paper on the grinding wheel is to make the disc look better. Except black paper, it can also made from non-woven in its back.
 

 

Packaging & Shipping

We use cartons and pallets to pack. Generally, for 100mm grinding wheel, it will be packed 25pcs in a small carton and 50pcs in one outside carton.
And for cartons, we can make netural carton and also the colorful carton.

1. What do you do for quality confirmation?
A: We can promise the quality of cutting disc. When we producing cutting wheel, there have many steps to check the quality of the cutting wheel. For example, after baked in the oven, we make the rotation strength test, cutting performance test, balance test. Generally, for 125mm or bigger size grinding wheel, it need to test the rotation speed, and for bigger size, like 12-14inch, when producing on the cutting wheel press machine, we will check the balance of wheel. Except this, when packing, we will also make the apperance checking for the wheel.
2. Which port you use generally?
A: Normaly, we support Qingdao port.
3. How about the payment term?
A: We support 30%TT in advance, and 70%TT before shipment.
4. Can I ask for some samples?
A: Of course. We can provide free samples for you to test our quality before you order. And after your test,we can produce the cutting disc based on your feedback.
