Audited Supplier Cutting disc is resin bond abrasive wheel. Generally, there are 4-16inch cutting disc and grinding wheel in the market. The thickness can be 1-7mm. Cutting disc uses its excircle to cut metal or non-metal materials, while grinding wheel used its surface to grinding the workpiece. Here I want to show you is 107mm thin cutting disc, which are widely used for metal.
For cutting disc color, we can produce black, green, red, brown, yellow.
For cutting disc packing, we use cartons and pallets. Generally, for 4inch cutting disc, it will be packed 800pcs in one carton.
And for cartons, we can make netural carton and also the colorful carton.

Generally, for 125mm or bigger size grinding wheel, it need to test the rotation speed, and for bigger size, like 12-14inch, when producing on the cutting wheel press machine, we will check the balance of wheel. Except this, when packing, we will also make the apperance checking for the wheel.

A: We support 30%TT in advance, and 70%TT before shipment.
