Product Description

 According to the abrasive materials, flap disc can be divided into ceramic abrasives, ZA and aluminum oxide. Because ceramic abrasive itself crystal is much, sharpness is good, edge is more neat, and heat dissipation is good, service life is long.Therefore, ceramic flap disc are mainly used for polishing stainless steel, aluminum and other hard metals.

 

Product Parameters

 

1. The commonly used diameters are 100mm, 115mm, 125mm, 150mm, 180mm and 230mm. 
2. The most common shapes are the Conventional flap disc and the Flexible flap disc.
3. There are two types T27 and T29.
4. The flaps qty is generally 46,48,60,72,90, 120.
5. The length of flaps is between 22 and 25 (the flap's length may vary depending on the diameter of the product). The width of the flaps is between 16 and 20.
6. The flap disc consists of a mesh cover (fiberglass or plastic), an epoxy resin adhesive, and an abrasive cloth.
