Cutting disc making machine is used for cutting disc molding. On this cutting disc making machine, it includes putting materials, leveling material, put net, baking net, press net, put label and ring, press the disc, and then pick up the disc. Mainly have above functions to achieve the cutting disc molding.
To meet different needs, we have several models of cutting disc making machine. This pusher type machine has two workstations, which is easy to operate and learn the skills to produce the cutting wheel. It is used to produce 300-400mm cutting wheel with 2.4-4mm thickness.
Except this pusher type cutting wheel making machine for 300-400mm, we also have one rotary type to produce 300-400mm cutting wheel, which has higher production.
The picture in the left side is the touch screen, which is used to set the machine procedure. And the right one is show the leveling material process.
This two workstations machine can automatic leveling and ejecting and automatic molding. When you want to produce different size of 300-400mm, it can be achieved through changing the molds.
