1. How long is the warranty?
A: One year warranty and lifetime maintainence. When you meet the problems during using machines, you can contact us, we can provide video or call help. If the problems can not be solved easily, we can arrange engineers to your factory to help you it.
2. How long about the delivery time?
A: Normally, for these abrasive belt conversion machines, it needs 3-4months to finish. We should produce the machines orderly.
3. Which payment terms you support?
A: If the total amount is less than USD 5000, it should be paid 100% TT in davance. If the amount is more than USD 5000, it should be paid 40%TT in advance, and 60%TT before shipment.
