Actually From the degree of automation, the flap disc machine can be divided into full automatic flap disc machine and semi-automatic flap disc machine, are 8 workstations machine.
The machine is including three parts, the main machine, glue bucket/pump, feeding.
All sizes of conventional flap disc can be produced on the same machine. Including 100mm, 115mm, 125mm, 150mm, 180mm.
To produce different sizes or shapes, you just need to adjust the position of some parts of the machine, such as the head, pin, shaping disc, gluing position, shaping wheel position, blade position.
