Product Description
Flap discs offer right angle grinding versatility with a product that can grind and finish in a single operation. The abrasive flaps are adhered to a rigid backing plate. It is the back plate that provides stability during operation with cooler cut, less vibration and smoother finish without gouging. Flap discs are well-suited to stock removal through blending applications.
Product Parameters
The flap disc generally have two shapes, which includes curved and flat. The flat type is also called T27 type, and the curved type generally refers to T29 type. Flat (T27) has smooth grinding surface and is mainly used to grind the plane and the outside corners. The angle between the flat flap disc and the grinding work-piece during work can be grinded and polished at one time, reducing the work flow. The grinding surface of the curved flap disc (T29) has an upward curvature, which gives the T29 flap disc a better cutting ability in the plane.

Generally, The package for flap disc is standard export neutral carton if customer no any special request, including shrinking inner packing, neutral inner paper box and outer standard neutral carton.
As well, special package can be designed as per customer's request, inner plastic box, inner iron boxes and colorful carton
