A: In our side, to promise the quality of cutting disc, when we producing cutting wheel, there have many steps to check the quality of the grinding wheel.
For example, after baked in the oven, we make the rotation strength test, grinding performance test, balance test. Generally, for 125mm or bigger size grinding wheel, it need to test the rotation speed, and for bigger size, like 12-14inch, when producing on the cutting wheel press machine, we will check the balance of wheel. Except this, when packing, we will also make the apperance checking for the wheel.
