Product Description

Cutting disc is resin bond abrasive wheel. Cutting disc uses its excircle to cut metal or non-metal materials, while grinding wheel used its surface to grinding the workpiece.

For this T27 depressed center type grinding wheel, it is double nets, which has higher strength.
Fiberglass net is used to improve the strength of the cutting disc. Generally, double nets cutting disc has higher strength than single net cutting disc. And black paper or non-woven used is to make the apperance of cutting disc looks better.
Color of our cutting disc: it can be black, green, yellow, red etc. We can make as your requirement.

Packaging & Shipping

For cutting disc packing, we use cartons and pallets. Generally, for 230mm, 9inch cutting disc, 2mm thickness, it will be packed 100pcs in outside carton. And 25pcs in a small carton inside.
And for cartons, we can make netural carton and also the colorful carton.

1. What do you do for quality confirmation?
A: We can promise the quality of cutting disc. When we producing cutting wheel, there have many steps to check the quality of the cutting wheel. For example, after baked in the oven, we make the rotation strength test, cutting performance test, balance test. Generally, for 125mm or bigger size grinding wheel, it need to test the rotation speed, and for bigger size, like 12-14inch, when producing on the cutting wheel press machine, we will check the balance of wheel. Except this, when packing, we will also make the apperance checking for the wheel.
2. Which port you use generally?
A: Normaly, we support Qingdao port.
3. How about the payment term?
A: We support 30%TT in advance, and 70%TT before shipment.
4. Can I ask for some samples?
A: Of course. We can provide free samples for you to test our quality before you order. And after your test,we can produce the cutting disc based on your feedback.
