Audited Supplier After making cutting disc on the cutting disc press machine, it shouldbe baked in the oven. When the cutting disc baking, it need separator net, aluminium plate, bunching shaft and spring. How it setted to baked in the oven? You can know from the following picture.
Diameter we can do: for 100-400mm cutting disc.
Generally, after the cutting disc done on the cutting wheel press machine, it will be put on the bunching shaft with aluminium plate, and separating net. You can know the using method through below picture. After they are ready on bunching shft, then it will send to the curing oven for baking.
Separating net is used to separate the cutting disc to avoid them sticking together.

A: Yes, except the aluminium plate, we also provide fiberglass net, steel ring, separator net, bunching shaft, and also the raw materials that produce the cutting wheel.
