Audited Supplier The abrasive cut-off disc is derived from the wet cutting disc in ordinary cutting. After improving the cutting accuracy and cutting temperature control, cut-off disc suitable for metallographic sample preparation requirements is formed. And there are three main types of cut-off disc, for example, alumina resin, silicon carbide and diamond sintered.

The differences between normal cutting disc and cut-off disc:
1. Cutting sheet thickness: The metallographic cutting sheet is thinner, in order to better control the plastic deformation of the material structure caused by the cutting stress when cutting the knife, and also to better control the accuracy of the cutting position.
2. Cutting sheet elasticity: The elasticity of the gold photo is better than that of the general-purpose sheet. The better elasticity can better buffer the plastic deformation of the sample tissue caused by the knife load, and it is more flexible to adapt to the metallographic cutting. The cutting speed is constantly changing to adapt to Changes in cutting torque output.
3. High-efficiency slices and precision slices: The gold photo also subdivides high-efficiency slices and precision cutting slices according to the difference of cutting accuracy. The resin content of the precision cutting slices is higher and the elasticity is better, and the thickness of the cutting slices is thinner.
4. Normal cutting disc and grinding wheel has fiberglass net, while abrasive cut-off disc doesn't use fiberglass net when producing.

1. What do you do for quality confirmation?
A: We can promise the quality of cutting disc. When we producing cutting wheel, there have many steps to check the quality of the cutting wheel. For example, after baked in the oven, we make the rotation strength test, cutting performance test, balance test. Generally, for 125mm or bigger size grinding wheel, it need to test the rotation speed, and for bigger size, like 12-14inch, when producing on the cutting wheel press machine, we will check the balance of wheel. Except this, when packing, we will also make the apperance checking for the wheel.
2. Which port you use generally?
A: Normaly, we support Qingdao port.
3. How about the payment term?
A: We support 30%TT in advance, and 70%TT before shipment.
4. Can I ask for some samples?
A: Of course. We can provide free samples for you to test our quality before you order. And after your test,we can produce the cutting disc based on your feedback.
